Our 7-Step Approach

1: DISASSEMBLY

We strip your project in detail. During the process we always take photo’s of all the parts for accurate inventory

2: DEGREASE

Soaking is a required step for each (metal) part. Parts get a degreaser bath for 20-30 minutes. Hand gloves on going forward!

3: MASKING

Plugging and/or masking off any areas that are excluded from coating.

4: SANDBLASTING

We Sandblast the parts with #100 grit aluminum oxide or garnet sand at 80 to 100 PSI. Lightly etch blast 30-40 PSI non-metal parts such as: carbon fiber, fiberglass, plastics, or polymers

5: SPRAYING

Striving for perfect even coverage when spraying. Cerakote Europe’s professional sprayers all bring over 25+ years of experience!

6: CURING

Cerakote have standard curing temperatures used for performance testing. Curing schedules are specific to colors

7: Quality Inspection & packing
